EMBODI is back in person! The theme for this year’s event was The Game of Life, the popular Hasbro and Milton Bradley board game. Of course, it was a new and improved Delta version. In line with our National program, STEM, Businees/Trade, Military, Law Enforcement and Financial Management sessions were incorporated into the game. Each participant simulated ‘adulting’ by paying bills, tracking their finances, experience life changing decisions and listened as the facilitators discussed their respective career fields. Back by popular demand was the Real Talk: Man to Man Session in which participants have the opportunity to speak openly to the male facilitators. The Summit was a successful event and is a benefit to our African American males and community.
